01Project Overview
Two operations, one foundation.
Samay Watch is an established offline watch retailer with a substantial product catalog and a busy inventory operation. Inherit Code was engaged to design and build the software ecosystem behind it, a custom inventory management system and an ecommerce platform.
The objective was to centralise inventory operations, improve product visibility, streamline stock management and create a scalable digital foundation for future growth, with both the internal tooling and the customer-facing store sharing a single product foundation.
